Administer and maintain Windows Servers and VMware ESXi/vCenter infrastructure.

Manage and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication , including backup jobs, replication, restore operations, and troubleshooting backup failures.

Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, routers, and network connectivity.

Manage and maintain Wi-Fi infrastructure/access points, including configuration, monitoring, coverage, and troubleshooting.

Manage and maintain CCTV systems , including cameras, NVRs, storage, and connectivity.

Manage and maintain access control systems, including controllers, readers, and related network connectivity.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues and replace defective components when required.

Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and system health.

Perform system maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting.

Ensure compliance with IT standards and security policies.

Maintain and implement ISO standards, IT procedures, policies, and controls, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Support ISO audits and compliance activities , including evidence collection, corrective actions, and follow-up.

Support and implement new infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, testing, and handover.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical issues and projects.

Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, procedures, and asset records.

Handle infrastructure incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.

Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure scaling and continuous improvement.

B.Sc . Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems

Minimum 5 -7 Years of experience

Strong knowledge of VMware, Veeam, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Networking.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Wi-Fi, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

Knowledge of ISO standards, IT procedures, documentation, and compliance.

Project implementation and vendor management experience.

Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
