Logistics Coordinator - with experience in operational management and administration

Logística a Bordo is looking for a professional with experience in operational management and team administration, capable of efficiently coordinating logistics processes and ensuring the fulfillment of strategic objectives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership, organization, and the ability to make decisions under pressure, ensuring the correct execution of routes, the proper use of transport units, and the correct functioning of the operational work team.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily logistics operations.
• Administer and direct the personnel in charge, ensuring the fulfillment of goals.
• Control and monitor transport routes, optimizing times and resources.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports in Excel.
• Supervise the use of Expert, Small Van, and Sprinter type units.
• Guarantee efficiency in the execution of processes and the satisfaction of established objectives.

Required profile:

• Solid experience in operational management and team administration.
• Intermediate mastery of Excel.
• Valid B1 type driver's license.
• Results orientation and ability to work toward objectives.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge in route planning and control.
• Schedule availability.
• Experience in handling light and medium transport units.
