About the company

As a Controller, you work at the heart of operations and play a key role in professionalizing the financial structure of an internationally operating, technical project organization.

Your tasks

At the same time, this is explicitly a hands-on role, meaning you will be actively involved in execution, including month-end and year-end closing activities. You will work closely with the business and be heavily involved in projects: from initial costing to post-calculation, with a focus on profitability, risk, and control. In addition, you will play an important role in further structuring and managing recurring revenue streams from software licenses and after-sales services.

Requirements

• Completed financial degree (Bachelor's/Master's level) and 8-15 years of relevant work experience in accountancy and/or an (international) project-based organization.
