Leading End-to-End Projects
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager who knows how to take a business need, understand what is truly required, translate it into a technological solution – and lead the execution until go-live. This is a role for someone who loves to take Ownership, drive things forward, and work independently. Someone who doesn't wait to receive all the answers, but knows how to ask the right questions, exercise judgment, solve problems, and rally people along the way.
What do you do in this role?
- Leading technological projects and cross-organizational processes from end to end
- Understanding business needs and translating them into feasible technological solutions
- Process mapping and writing technical specification documents for development
- Matrix leadership of development teams and vendors
- Routine work with managers, users, and interfaces in Israel and abroad
- Task management, prioritization, overcoming obstacles, and leading the project until implementation and go-live
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in managing technological projects – Mandatory
- Proven experience in leading End-to-End technological projects – Mandatory
- Experience in writing specifications, process mapping, and translating business requirements into technological requirements – Mandatory
- Broad technological understanding and experience in matrix work with development teams – Mandatory
- Very high level of English, both speaking and writing – Mandatory; the role includes routine work with international interfaces
- High independence, initiative, resourcefulness, driving ability, and the ability to make decisions and move forward even when everything is not yet fully defined
Significant Advantage:
- Experience in Pre-Sales or in a role that combines understanding a need, building a solution, and presenting it to a client
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with CRM / ERP / BI systems
- Experience in complex, multi-interface organizations
- Experience in AI projects or AI-based systems

Ram Park, Tel Aviv metropolitan area
Scope:
Full-time from the office, no hybrid model
