SR Systems Analyst - Vila Velha

Act strategically and operationally in the maintenance, evolution, and integration of the port terminal's critical systems, ensuring operational stability, process efficiency, technological governance, and support for the company's digital transformation. You will be responsible for connecting port operation needs to technological solutions, working alongside business areas, suppliers, and technical teams to ensure high availability, systemic integration, innovation, and continuous process improvement. The position will play a fundamental role in accelerating the company's digital transformation strategy, promoting the use of modern technologies, automation, data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to increase operational efficiency, optimize processes, improve customer experience, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities and attributions

YOUR ROUTINE INCLUDES: Act in the maintenance and evolution of the port terminal's critical systems; Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and specification alongside operational and corporate areas; Support the evolution of the company's digital and innovation culture. Ensure integration between operational and corporate systems, such as: TOS; ERP; WMS; TMS; Customs systems; APIs and external integrations; Support the operation during critical incidents and high-complexity troubleshooting; Act in root cause analysis and implementation of systemic improvements; Technically lead suppliers and technology partners; Ensure good practices in governance, documentation, and solution architecture; Actively participate in digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives; Identify and participate in initiatives for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to increase operational efficiency; Participate in the construction of digital solutions aimed at operational optimization and improvement of user experience; Support technological modernization and architectural evolution initiatives; Participate in strategic projects related to operational expansion and digitalization of terminal processes; Support the definition of architecture and integration between solutions; Support homologations, integrated tests, and solution deployment; Act closely with the terminal's operational areas, ensuring alignment between technology and business; Identify opportunities for operational optimization, cost reduction per transaction, and productivity gains.

Requirements and qualifications

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Completed Higher Education in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Desirable Knowledge Experience in port operations, integrated logistics, or terminals; Knowledge in: Totvs Recintos Aduaneiros (Wms Sara), Navis N4; Customer service portals; Customs systems; Experience with automation and digital transformation; Experience with process automation and use of RPAs; Knowledge in generative AI tools, copilots, and intelligent automation; Practical experience with languages such as Python and/or Scala applied to data; Mastery of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis); Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Glue, Redshift, Athena, BigQuery, Azure Data Factory); Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Notebook LM, etc.)
