Your contribution - with pioneering spirit and creative freedom

• Leadership and development of the Marketing Communications department
• Budget and personnel responsibility as well as the entire business management of the Marketing Communications department
• Responsibility for the strategic and continuous development of the brand
• Responsibility for the internal and external communication strategy and its implementation
• Conception, planning, and management of central marketing measures, image, and product campaigns
• Close cooperation with important internal and external stakeholders
• Constant evaluation and improvement of marketing & communication processes

What you bring to the role

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of Marketing as well as leadership experience
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, sense of responsibility, as well as analytical and conceptual skills
• Hands-on mentality, a high degree of empathy, teamwork skills, as well as communication and conflict resolution skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm
• Cost and quality awareness
• Very good English in spoken and written form
