The Taj-I Mah***** hotel is recruiting a relief receptionist (M/F) for the 2026/2027 winter season.
Your role: You are the first contact for our guests. Your role is to welcome them, assist them, and inform them throughout their stay. Thanks to your professionalism and availability, you do everything possible to guarantee their satisfaction.
Your main missions: Offer an excellent welcome and ensure the smooth running of our guests' stay Handle the arrival and departure of our guests, check-in and billing, maintaining the schedule (departures/arrivals), and payment collection Advise and assist our guests with their activity and/or restaurant reservations Manage reservations for our 2 restaurants Operate the telephone switchboard and handle the administrative tasks of the reception (cash register verification and daily accounting closing) Manage client remarks and ensure a response is provided as quickly as possible Contribute to the establishment's brand image with its clientele Perform a PR role with our clients, as well as with our external clientele visiting our various points of sale You will work three days and two nights per week, during which you will ensure the daily closing of operations, ensure calm within the hotel, ensure the safety of our guests, manage the reception during the night, and ensure the quality of services offered to clients, handle arrivals during late check-ins and early departures of our guests: check-in and billing, maintaining the schedule (departures/arrivals), and payment collection

Profile sought Coming from a hospitality training background (ideally a hospitality license), you have proven successful experience as a Relief Receptionist in a hotel establishment of similar standing, ideally located in the mountains;
Fluency in English is indispensable.
