The Taj-I Mah Hotel is ideally located on the slopes, in the heart of the Arc 2000 resort.
It is the first 5-star establishment in Les Arcs, but also in the entire Paradiski ski area, which brings together Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, and La Plagne.
The Taj-I Mah 5* hotel was voted "Best Ski Hotel in France" in 2025 and is once again in the running for the title of "Best Ski Hotel in France" in 2026.
The Taj-I Mah***** hotel is recruiting its Commis de salle / Waiters (M/F) for the 2026/2027 winter season.
Your role: You ensure the smooth running of service at all the tables assigned to you. You contribute to the satisfaction of our guests through your availability and your sense of service.
You will work within one of our restaurants:
Either within the restaurant "La table du Taj-I Mah" offering traditional & bistronomic cuisine, open only in the evening, and also open in the morning in the form of a large buffet, with a choice of more than 70 products. 100-seat restaurant.
Or within the brasserie "L'atelier", a traditional brasserie, open for lunch and dinner. Restaurant with a 60-seat dining room and a superb 80-seat terrace, to be prepared every morning.
Your main missions:
- Organize and set up the service station, the dining room, and the terrace, set the tables
- Welcome, advise, and serve customers
- Generate additional sales

Profile sought You hold a hotel management diploma (CAP, BEP, BAC PRO, or hotel license);
You have proven successful experience as a Waiter/Waitress in an establishment of similar standing, ideally located in the mountains;
You have a taste for challenges and know how to work in a team;
Proficiency in the "Light Speed" software would be a plus;
Proficiency in English is indispensable.
