The Taj-I Mah Hotel is ideally located on the slopes, in the heart of the Arc 2000 resort.

It is the first 5-star establishment in Les Arcs, but also in the entire Paradiski ski area, which brings together Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, and La Plagne.

The Taj-I Mah 5* hotel was voted "Best Ski Hotel in France" in 2025 and is once again in the running for the title of "Best Ski Hotel in France" in 2026.

The Taj-I Mah***** hotel is recruiting Bartenders (M/F) for the 2026/2027 winter season.

Your role: You will ensure the welcome and service of guests in the hotel's lounge bar area: a lounge with a capacity of 50 seats, featuring a double-sided fireplace, and a terrace with a panoramic view with a capacity of 100 seats.

You will have a good mastery of our bar menu, offering nearly 100 spirits, a wide range of cocktails and wines by the glass, as well as the snack menu served from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

You contribute to the satisfaction of our guests through your availability and your sense of service.

Your main missions:

• Organize and set up the service station, the dining room, and the terrace, and set the tables
• Welcome, advise, and serve customers
• Generate upselling opportunities

Profile sought You have proven successful experience as a Bartender in an establishment of similar standing, ideally located in the mountains;

You have hotel training (CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO), ideally with the "Mention complémentaire barman" qualification;

You have a good knowledge of spirits and wines in order to be proactive and provide advice to our customers;

You enjoy challenges and know how to work in a team;

Mastery of English is essential.
