The Taj-I Mah Hotel is ideally located on the slopes, in the heart of the Arc 2000 resort.
It is the first 5-star establishment in Les Arcs, but also in the entire Paradiski ski area, which brings together Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, and La Plagne.
The Taj-I Mah 5* hotel was voted "Best Ski Hotel in France" in 2025 and is once again in the running for the title of "Best Ski Hotel in France" in 2026.
The Taj-I Mah***** hotel is recruiting an Assistant Maître d'Hôtel (M/F) for the 2026/2027 winter season.
Your role: Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, as well as the Maître d'Hôtel in charge of this brasserie, you are responsible for the dining room service of our brasserie "L'atelier", a beautiful traditional brasserie, with a dining room of 60 covers and a superb terrace of 80 seats, to be prepared every morning.
Brasserie open for lunch and dinner.
Your main missions:
- Coordinate, organize, and control the team's work
- Participate in daily operations: implementing quality standards across different services
- Participate in the management and optimization of stocks and supplies
- Mastery of sommelier skills, as the restaurant offers a very fine wine list (70 references)
- Ensure the quality of welcome and the satisfaction of our guests
- Boost additional sales by the dining room team
- Participate in monitoring attendance indices, being proactive in proposing areas for improvement

Profile sought You hold a hotel management degree (CAP, BEP, BAC PRO, or hotel license);
You have proven successful experience as an Assistant Maître d'Hôtel in an establishment of similar standing and seasonal, ideally located in the mountains;
You have a taste for challenges;
You have leadership skills and know how to work collaboratively with teams, as well as management;
Mastery of the "Light Speed" software would be a plus;
Mastery of English is indispensable.
