Video & Motion Media and Graphic Designer Officer
Video & Motion Media Production •Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans for video content. •Handle video production including camera setup, shooting, lighting, basic audio recording, and on-site production coordination. •Edit and complete video content from raw footage to final delivery, including motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound, music, color correction, and basic visual effects. •Produce video, motion media for corporate communication, MDT digital media, online channels, partners, B2B customers, campaigns, events, product launches, and other business requirements. Social Media & Corporate Video Content Management •Manage end-to-end content production for SNS/social media and corporate videos: concept, planning, shooting, editing, revision, and final file delivery. •Adapt video content into appropriate formats, lengths, and aspect ratios for different platforms and usage, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, marketplace platforms, in-store screens, and presentations. •Support the development of engaging short-form and long-form video content in line with campaign objectives and target audiences. •Maintain an organized content library, raw files, project files, and final assets for future use. Graphic Design Support •Create and adapt graphic materials that support video and marketing communication, including key visuals, thumbnails, title cards, social media graphics, digital banners, simple POSM, and presentation visuals. •Ensure all visual assets are aligned with brand identity, campaign guidelines, and required specifications. Project Coordination & Quality Control •Coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, B2B, Retail, Product, and external partners to understand briefs and deliver required creative materials. •Manage multiple projects and production schedules to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time. •Review final outputs for visual quality, spelling, brand consistency, technical specifications, and platform requirements before release. •Support external production houses, freelancers, photographers, or agencies when required. •Stay updated on motion design, video production, social media content trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
Qualifications: Gender not restricted Age not over 45 years. Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Motion Graphics, Film/Video Production, Communication Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in video production, motion media, content creation, or graphic design is preferred. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is required. Good understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, audio, video formats, codecs, and post-production workflow. Ability to create content for social media and digital platforms with a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement. Able to manage multiple assignments, work under deadlines, and respond effectively to revisions or urgent business requests. Good command and working proficiency in Thai / English. Good communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external partners. A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, shooting, and graphic design capabilities is required.
