We are looking for someone to lead the sales team by actively selling, supervising daily operations, and ensuring the fulfillment of placement, margin, and inventory turnover goals, serving as a direct example of commercial execution.

Position Objective: Lead the sales team by actively selling, supervising daily operations, and ensuring the fulfillment of placement, margin, and inventory turnover goals, serving as a direct example of commercial execution. This position sells, closes, and generates revenue, in addition to supervising.

Main activities:

• Direct sale of pre-owned cars
• Attention and closing of high-value or complex leads
• Accompanying salespeople on appointments and closings
• Assignment, control, and daily follow-up of leads
• Active supervision of CRM use and funnels
• Floor coaching: objections, negotiation, and closing
• Inventory management and unit rotation
• Validation of prices, discounts, and conditions
• Coordination with credit, administration, and after-sales
• Closing of strategic operations
• Daily reporting of results and productivity

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
• Experience leading commercial teams from the operation
• Provable track record of closings
• Advanced management of CRM and follow-up
• Valid driver's license
• Full schedule availability
• Education: Completed Bachelor's degree (degree/license/internship certificate)

IT: No specific management of software or IT tools is required.
