At Localiza&Co, we are looking for talent to join our team as a Pre-owned Intern!

We are looking for someone responsible for the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the operational processes of the Product area, who streamlines and optimizes existing processes and contributes to the high performance of the area.

Position Objective:

Responsible for the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the operational processes of the Product area. The role aims to streamline and optimize existing processes, resolve day-to-day operational deviations derived from changes or improvements, and constantly contribute to the high performance of the area, generating order, structure, solutions, and scalability for growing operations.

Main Activities:

• Validate that Pre-owned Cars have met the criteria for sale and are ready to be published on the website and sales platforms, actively coordinating with the involved areas to resolve any blockers quickly
• Manage the internal application of the yard map, ensuring correct visibility and location of inventory in each of our stores
• Maintain updated published inventory, performing immediate removal of sold units and correcting operational inconsistencies that may affect the customer experience or commercial efficiency
• Follow up and support the administrative management of suppliers, collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure correct registration, validation, and payment of invoices, removing obstacles and accelerating incident resolution
• Detect improvement opportunities and lead quick solutions, questioning existing processes, connecting key teams, and proposing simple, efficient, and scalable workflows that generate impact on the operation
• Act as a liaison between areas, facilitating communication, promoting agreements, and ensuring that critical issues advance through constant follow-up and a proactive attitude

Professional Experience:

Previous experience is not indispensable, but desirable:

• Professional internships, social service, or academic experience in operational, product, projects, operations, logistics, or analysis areas
• Familiarity with processes, operational monitoring, information management, or databases
• Demonstrated interest in processes, continuous improvement, and business operations

Education:

Active students of the following majors (or related), who have 2 or more years remaining to complete their degree

• Business Administration
• Economics
• International Business
• Business Management
• Logistics and Supply Chain

Language:

• English: Intermediate

IT Skills:

• Excel: Intermediate–advanced level, indispensable:
• Handling large databases
• Formulas
• Pivot tables
• Filters and control structures
• Basic handling of CRM and internal tools (training provided)

Certifications:

• Intermediate or advanced Excel courses
• Introductory data analysis courses
• Certifications or workshops in process improvement, Lean, operations, or project management (basic level)
