B2C Sales Support Assistant - Santa Fe, CDMX

At Localiza&Co, we are looking for strategic talent to join our team as a B2C Sales Support Assistant!

We are looking for someone to take responsibility for the inside sales of long-term rental products for individuals, covering the complete cycle from the first contact with the lead to the renewal of contracts.

Position Objective: Manage the end-to-end inside sales of the Individual segment, following up on the sales funnel, ensuring product sustainability, and providing support and accompaniment to customers with active contracts.

Main activities:

• Attend to leads in the segment and follow up on the sales funnel
• Ensure product sustainability (for example, contract renewal)
• Provide support to customers with active contracts
• Generate alerts for branches
• Conduct surveys with customers
• Manage the sales funnel in CRM

Minimum requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields (or proof of completion/letter of completion)
• Experience in remote sales via WhatsApp (voice sales desirable)
• Experience with a CRM tool
