Senior Commercial Intelligence Analyst - Santa Fe, CDMX

At Localiza&Co, we are looking for strategic talent to join our team as a Senior Commercial Intelligence Analyst! We are looking for someone to lead advanced data analysis, process automation, and the development of analytical solutions that allow for the improvement of the company's strategic and operational decision-making.

Position Objective: Design scalable data architectures (Data Lakes and Data Warehouses), develop analytical models, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives that generate efficiency, profitability, and greater business visibility, acting as a technical reference for data and digital transformation projects.

Main Activities:

• Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence platforms
• Design and implement scalable data architectures, including Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
• Integrate multiple information sources guaranteeing data quality, consistency, and governance
• Automate operational and managerial processes to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and monitoring models for business performance tracking
• Perform exploratory, predictive, and scenario analyses to identify opportunities and risks
• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions with measurable impact
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on quantitative evidence
• Participate in digital transformation projects and the adoption of analytical tools
• Provide technical support and mentorship to analysts of lower seniority when necessary

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Engineering, or Administration with an analytical focus
• 5 to 8 years of experience in advanced data analysis and business intelligence
• Development of complex queries in SQL and programming in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) for analysis, automation, and data modeling
• Experience implementing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses, and building executive dashboards and indicator models
• Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX)
• Dimensional data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience optimizing and redesigning processes using data, and managing large volumes of information from multiple sources
• Participation in digital transformation, advanced analytics, or data governance projects
• Desirable: experience in predictive models, scenario simulation, mathematical optimization, or Operations Research
• Desirable: experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse Analytics, Git/GitHub, Tableau, or BigQuery
• Desirable: certifications such as Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Engineer/Fundamentals, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Analytics, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or Scrum Fundamentals/Scrum Master

Work Scheme: Monday to Friday with one day of home office per week. Schedule from 8:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs or 09:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs
