At Localiza&Co we are looking for talent to join our team as a Sr. FP&A Analyst.

We are looking for a person with a strategic vision to lead financial planning processes, analysis, and business control, supporting decision-making through financial analysis, projections, feasibility studies, and results monitoring.

Position Objective

To ensure the alignment of financial planning with the company's objectives, supporting the Management of Operational Management and Intelligence through budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analysis that support strategic decisions.

Main Activities

  • Manage the budgeting and forecast process, including consolidation, variance analysis, and review of assumptions.
  • Prepare and analyze the managerial P&L, financial indicators, and cash flow from ERP and BI systems.
  • Develop financial models for short, medium, and long-term projections.
  • Support business areas with financial analysis for projects, investments, pricing, and profitability (ROI, NPV, and IRR).
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations for management.
  • Analyze actual results against budget and forecasts, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs, as well as design and update dashboards.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, transforming financial data into information for decision-making.
  • Guarantee the quality, consistency, and governance of financial information.
  • Drive process improvements, automations, and the use of BI and ERP tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
  • Solid knowledge of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  • Knowledge of financial valuation and concepts of CAPEX, OPEX, and ROI.
  • Intermediate English (reading and writing indispensable; conversation desirable).
  • Technical knowledge of advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, and financial functions).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Totvs, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Handling of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Mastery of PowerPoint for executive presentations.
