Customer Service and Sales Agent - Chapultepec

Responsibilities:

1. Attend to customers from different segments at the service counters, providing information and presenting the conditions contracted during the opening of car rental contracts;
2. Contribute to the agency achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and differentiated service, as well as informing customers about communication channels at the end of all lease contracts;
3. Contribute to the growth and profitability of the subsidiary through rate negotiation at the service desk, as well as additional offers and collecting reimbursable expenses;
4. Contribute to ensuring the subsidiary has an adequate fleet for the rental volume through daily monitoring of reservation and vehicle return reports;
5. Verify if the amounts received for car rentals are in compliance with procedures and systemic release through the issuance and verification of cash closing reports, payment of payment slips, and cash control;
6. Contribute to the safety and quality of the fleet through daily verification of available cars, recording unproductive km when necessary, and open contracts;
7. Contribute to maintaining the quality of the customer database by correctly completing registration and updating customer records;
