We are looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated labourer to join our team. This is not an entry-level position ... We are looking for someone with solid hands-on construction experience who takes pride in their work and wants to grow into a leadership role over time.

Our work includes (but is absolutely not limited to):

• Concrete and forming
• Demolition
• Residential construction
• Commercial construction
• Excavation and grading
• Property maintenance and landscaping
• Site work and general contracting

The right candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, switching between different types of projects, and taking initiative on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum of *3+ years experience in construction industry*
• Concrete experience is required
• Experience reading grade and working with a transit/laser level
• Experienced using power tools and construction equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Load and unload lumber, building materials, equipment and tools when required to set up and clean up site
• *Valid and clean G license*
• *Valid Working at Hights certificate*
• *WHIMS*

Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators and loaders, is considered a strong asset.

*Please note, although the majority of our work is within the Durham Region, we do travel for approximately 20% of our contracts. Therefore, you must be willing to travel and do some away work. This may even include overnights for some contracts
