Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The role includes full responsibility for the product lifecycle – from the initial idea, through specification and development, to launch and continuous improvement. As part of the role, you will lead feature development from end to end, integrating continuous work with advanced technologies and AI tools to streamline specification processes, data analysis, and decision-making.

What does the role include?

• AI-based innovation and optimization: Advanced use of AI tools such as research assistants, feedback analysis, and automation of specification processes to accelerate product work and improve business results.
• Collection and analysis of business and user needs: Leading interviews, workshops, and in-depth conversations with users, mortgage advisors, and business partners.
• Translating requirements to development and design teams: Writing detailed product specifications (PRD), managing the Backlog, and defining clear User Stories.
• End-to-end User Experience (UX) management: Responsibility for feature design, high usability, and ensuring a simple, intuitive, and clear customer experience.
• Matrix work and collaboration: Continuous and daily work with development, QA, graphic designers, and business teams – coordinating between different worlds and managing dynamic priorities.
• Product Lifecycle management: Full management of every component in the product – why we build it, how, and when (from the idea stage, through development, testing, launch, to continuous data-driven improvement).
• Measurement and analysis: Continuous monitoring of KPIs, performing A/B Testing, analyzing user behavior, and drawing conclusions for the continuous improvement of product performance.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management is a significant advantage for the Fintech / Finance worlds.
• Practical experience and deep familiarity with AI tools for product management, such as specification tools, data analysis, or AI-based user research – mandatory.
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies and Backlog management.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI and the ability to work closely with designers.
• Proven ability to analyze data, draw business conclusions, and translate them into actions.
• Broad systemic vision, analytical thinking, and excellent prioritization skills between competing needs.
• A significant advantage for a previous background in project management.
• Very high level of English (writing and speaking).
