Mobile Bankers/Credit Officers

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new customers. Market LoanHOUSE loan products. Process and verify loan applications. Conduct customer KYC and field assessments. Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts. Maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve assigned loan growth and collection targets. Prepare accurate field and customer reports.

Requirements

SHS/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics or related field. 1–2 years' experience in banking, microfinance, credit, sales or collections is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation and customer-service abilities. Target-oriented, hardworking and trustworthy. Willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork.
