Additionally, we operate the well-known Southeast Asia long-haul travel brand „SunTrips“ with a team at the Berlin location. Employee for our Servicecenter (m/f/d)

Your daily business:

• You process our incoming bookings.
• As a competent contact person, you assist our customers and travel agency partners by telephone and email.
• Something missing? Then you simply book the desired additional services.
• You are happy to help our travel agency partners with bookings and also create individual travel offers.
• We all know each other! You will, of course, work closely with our colleagues from the product and flight departments.

Your profile:

• As a trained travel agent or tourism specialist, you have ideally already been able to deepen your knowledge in practice.
• You convince with good manners and eloquence as well as good English language skills.
• You enjoy an independent and structured way of working.
• You bring a lot of team spirit and also enjoy looking after our customers even in turbulent times.
