Export Sales Administration Manager - pharmaceutical industry (M/F)

The agency J4S Intérim & Recrutement is looking for an Export Sales Administration Manager (M/F) in Antony (92) for a major pharmaceutical group.

Reporting to the Export Sales Administration department, you will ensure order monitoring and act as the interface with international subsidiaries and distributors.

Your daily missions Orders: Receive, enter, and track orders until shipment, while informing customers. Coordination: Lead meetings with supply chain, transport, and production to update the delivery schedule. Finance & Quality: Manage financial flows (invoicing, credit notes) and handle complaints with Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance. Customer Relations: Update the portfolio, ensure debt collection, and analyze customer needs during regular check-ins.

Profile sought Education: Minimum Bac +2 level degree specialized in international trade or transport logistics/export. Experience: Demonstrate significant professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in export order management. Language skills: Fluent English is essential for daily interaction with international interlocutors. Mastery of a second language is an appreciated plus. Soft skills: Rigor, autonomy, strong sense of customer service, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills, and team spirit.

Practical information Contract type: 3-month interim mission. Location: Antony (92) - Accessible by public transport. Start date: Immediate (ASAP). Working time: Full time (35h / week). Remuneration: €2,586.24 gross monthly + 20% interim bonuses + transport.
