Your tasks
We are hiring a Bancassurance Operations Executive to join our financial services client. This is an excellent opportunity for banking professionals with insurance knowledge who are keen to transition into an operations and administrative support function.
- Review and process insurance applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Monitor application statuses and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers and reports.
- Provide administrative support to banking and insurance sales teams.
- Assist with policy issuance, documentation and operational queries.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the banking industry is required, preferably in frontline sales, relationship management or bancassurance roles.
- Knowledge of insurance products and application processes is essential.
- Familiarity with banking procedures, customer onboarding and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
