Accounts Payables (6-month Contract)

We are partnering with an established financial institution to hire an Accounts Payable professional to join its Finance team on a 6-month contract. Location: North (Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang) Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle , including invoice processing, staff reimbursements and payments.

Support indirect tax submissions and ensure transactions are accurately accounted for.

Ensure timely payments while maintaining compliance with internal policies, controls and audit documentation requirements.

Perform period-end closing, reconciliations and reporting related to accounts payable.

Provide support for finance systems and day-to-day AP operational requirements.

Participate in process improvement and system implementation projects aimed at streamlining payment workflows.

Support the wider Finance team on other operational requirements where needed.

Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline .

At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience .

Prior experience within banking or financial services would be advantageous.
