Mining Sales Manager - Mining Sector

At LL Consulting, we are looking for the next Mining Sector Sales Manager for our important client in Antofagasta. Their main challenge will be to develop and manage new business opportunities, maintaining a direct and close relationship with clients, providing clear information about the organization's services, and ensuring quality standards in service. Likewise, managing negotiation processes within the margins and commercial guidelines established by the company.

· Among their main functions are:

• Promote and commercialize the organization's products and services, also providing technical support during the sales process.
• Identify commercial opportunities through visits and contact with current and potential clients, with the objective of meeting established sales targets.
• Manage negotiations related to prices, commercial conditions, and delivery times, respecting the guidelines and limits defined by the organization.
• Finalize sales operations that contribute to the fulfillment of the company's revenue goals.
• Analyze client needs and recommend products or services that fit their requirements.
• Detect, investigate, and establish contact with potential clients, developing commercial relationships that favor future sales generation and loyalty.
• Collect and transmit relevant information regarding business opportunities, client feedback, and competitor activities to the corresponding areas within the organization, contributing to the company's adaptation to market conditions.
• Develop commercial activities autonomously, managing assigned tasks and projects oriented towards the promotion and sale of the organization's products and services.

Ideal Profile:

• Minimum typical relevant experience required: 4-7 years in the sales area and/or services related to the sector.
• Knowledge of Minería, Celulosa & Papel, O&G, and other Industries in Chile and Sudamérica.
• Knowledge of bombas and válvulas.
• Knowledge and use of CRM, ERP.
• Computing, Office user level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).
• Written and spoken English medium - advanced level ·
