BIM Manager

Lead and manage the BIM team, including BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers, and provide technical guidance. Develop, implement and maintain BIM strategies, execution plans, standards and modelling workflows throughout the project lifecycle. Work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants, contractors and clients to establish BIM requirements, coordinate model information and deliver project outputs. Oversee the preparation and updating of BIM models, shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built documentation. Lead clash detection and coordination meetings, and ensure identified issues are tracked through to resolution. Establish BIM quality control procedures and review models and deliverables for accuracy, consistency and timely completion. Manage the effective use of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other relevant BIM platforms. Provide BIM support during design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover. Support tender and bid preparation with BIM deliverables, model-based visualisations, quantities and coordination input when required. Promote BIM practices that improve collaboration and project delivery. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural, Architecture, M&E Engineering, or Building/Construction-related discipline. With at least 8 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large scale projects Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and ability to handle pressure. Good communication and documentation skills.
