Senior Affiliate Specialist

Your tasks

I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own affiliate GMV and ROI as your primary performance metrics, driving continuous optimization and regular reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage commercial creators, prioritizing productivity and ROI over follower count alone.
• Design and manage multi-tiered commission structures and payout models.
• Partner with Platform Channel Leads across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop alongside Brand Marketing to create one cost-optimized creator deployment plan.
• Deploy creator relationships cohesively across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, branded content, and livestreams rather than treating platforms in isolation.
• Commercially activate and monetize brand-building creators selected by the Brand Marketing team.
• Partner with the Tech team to develop and refine AI-assisted tools for creator database management, performance tracking, and campaign planning.
• Collaborate with Creative and Live Commerce teams to align on creator content briefs, asset needs, and creator-hosted livestream sessions.

Requirements

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR or related fields
• Experience: 3 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing or creator management.
• Kills & Knowledge:
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiar with analyze key metrics (GMV, orders, conversion rate, AOV, ROI, creator contribution) and deliver regular reports with clear recommendations.
• Proven relationship management skills with deep operational understanding of KOLs and digital creators.
• Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English.
• Prior industry experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Electronics.
