We are currently looking for a Barista who has a passion for the world of coffee, is committed to providing the best experience for every guest, and is enthusiastic about continuously growing in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Job Descriptions Prepare and serve coffee, non-coffee, and signature drinks according to quality standards.

Perform daily calibration of the espresso machine and grinder to ensure flavor consistency.

Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and workstation according to operational standards.

Manage raw material stock and ensure all bar operational needs are always available.

Provide friendly, fast, and professional service to every guest.

Collaborate with the team to create the best customer experience.

Participate in the development of new beverage menus and provide creative ideas.

Execute SOPs and maintain quality consistency in every serving.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.

Proficient in making espresso-based beverages as well as non-coffee/signature drinks.

Understand espresso machine calibration and grinder settings (grind size, dose, yield, and extraction time).

Able to communicate in basic English (mandatory).

Possess high initiative, be proactive, and be able to work together in a team.

Open to experimentation, have a high willingness to learn, and are interested in developing new beverage menus.

Energetic, meticulous, and quality-oriented.

Able to multitask in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Residing in Bali.
