IT Operations Coördinator 32-40 hours

As an IT Operations Coördinator, you ensure that our IT services remain available, secure, and of high quality. We are looking for a hands-on leader who maintains an overview, sets priorities, and also solves complex IT issues themselves.

Your role You coordinate the daily IT management and support activities and provide 2nd and 3rd-line support yourself. You are the point of contact for employees, IT colleagues, and suppliers, and you ensure that incidents, disruptions, and structural problems are resolved effectively.

What will you do? Coordinating daily IT Operations activities

Resolving complex 2nd and 3rd-line incidents

Supporting end users on-site and remotely

Managing and monitoring workstations, systems, networks, and applications

Coordinating updates, IT-changes, and improvements

Managing users, authorizations, and roles

Managing external suppliers

Advising on technical solutions and improvement processes

You are technically strong, service-oriented, and maintain an overview, even when multiple things are happening at once. You enjoy collaborating, but also tackle complex problems independently.

You possess: HBO or Associate degree working and thinking level

At least three years of experience in a similar role

Experience with ITSM and analyzing hardware, software, and network problems

Knowledge of Microsoft environments, network management, VMware, and Citrix

Good communication skills in Dutch and English
