We are seeking a passionate, organized, and faith-filled *Kids Ministry Director *to oversee and grow a vibrant ministry for children and families. This role is central to creating a safe, engaging, and biblically grounded environment where kids can learn and thrive.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Ministry Leadership*

• Lead and oversee all Kids Ministry programs, including Sunday and mid-week gatherings
• Create a welcoming, fun, and spiritually enriching environment for children of all ages
• Ensure all teaching is biblically faithful and age-appropriate

*Volunteer Development*

• Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteer teams
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented culture
• Provide ongoing coaching and appreciation for volunteers

*Safety & Operations*

• Ensure all safety policies, check-in systems, and screening procedures are followed
• Maintain secure and well-organized environments for children
• Oversee Kids Ministry spaces, supplies, and curriculum

*Family Communication & Engagement*

• Communicate consistently and clearly with parents and families
• Build strong relationships with families and support their spiritual growth at home

*Events & Programming*

• Plan and execute special events (e.g., VBS, family events, seasonal programs)
• Develop creative and engaging ministry experiences throughout the year

*Qualifications*

• A strong and growing personal faith
• Experience working with children and/or in ministry leadership
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to recruit, lead, and inspire teams
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Creative, energetic, and relational

Pay: $22.44 per hour
