*Summary*

As a Barista at Little Pebbles Cafe, you will play a key role in crafting delightful coffee beverages and providing outstanding service to our guests. This position is essential in creating a friendly atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

*Responsibilities*

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations and dining areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee supplies and food items.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

*Requirements*

• Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
