Key Responsibilities
- Routine Caregiving
Provide responsive care through daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene, ensuring each child's comfort and well-being.
- Safe & Stimulating Environment
Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom that supports infants’ and toddlers’ physical, emotional, and sensory development.
- Developmentally Appropriate Learning
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and play-based experiences that support language, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.
- Language Development
Inspire a love for English through meaningful and interactive language experiences.
- Learning Documentation
Capture and reflect on children’s learning journeys through newsletters, class panels, and portfolios.
- Family Partnership
Build positive relationships with families to support each child's growth and well-being.
What We’re Looking For
- HCIC, Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent certification
- ECDA Certified
- At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
- Passionate about nurturing young learners in their formative years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
