Job description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our progressive dental practice in Mississauga. Your tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including examinations, restorations, crowns, extractions, and root canal treatments
• Diagnose oral health conditions through clinical evaluations and diagnostic tools
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans
• Utilize dental software (Open Dental) for charting
• Provide gentle and effective pediatric dental care when required
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
• Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members
• Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
• Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

What we offer

Pay: $250,000.00-$450,000.00 per year
