Whether you love creating thoughtful bouquets, connecting with customers or exploring new floral styles, this is an opportunity to put your craft to work and grow alongside a small, hands-on team. 💐 What you’ll help create - Flowers that make everyday moments special   Craft bouquets and arrangements for homes, gifts, celebrations and “just because” occasions. - Relationships that keep customers coming back   Get to know customers, understand their preferences and help them choose flowers with confidence. - A florist section with personality   Bring ideas for seasonal displays, bouquet styles and new offerings that reflect the Little Farms experience. - Quality in every stem Care for flowers and foliage, maintain freshness and help manage stock and wastage. - A team that grows together  Work closely with retail colleagues, share your knowledge and support smooth daily operations. 🌷 How you can grow with us Develop your craft Build your experience across floral design, customer service, merchandising and the commercial side of floristry.
