This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, which allows for a combination of on-site and remote work. The SME Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing, processing, and managing loan applications for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Daily tasks include evaluating financial information, conducting credit analysis, managing customer relationships, and assisting clients in securing the financial support they need to grow their businesses. The role also involves maintaining compliance with regulatory and company underwriting standards. Qualifications

Experience as a Loan Officer with expertise in selling collateralised loans Strong understanding of Finance and credit analysis Proficiency in customer relationship management and delivering excellent Customer Service Ability to evaluate and process loans for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) efficiently Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in the financial services industry
