Your tasks

Responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the CM4D system and the integrity of dimensional information, managing databases, reports, and measurement programs. Coordinates the maintenance of metrology equipment and provides technical support in tools such as GD&T, PolyWorks, Calypso, and PCDMIS. Leads and trains personnel in measurement processes, performs dimensional audits, and verifies compliance with engineering specifications and control plans, with a focus on improving Cp and Cpk indicators and reducing variation in the assembly process.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE

• Root cause analysis
• Programming in PolyWorks
• Measurement with CMM and metrology equipment (Laser Tracker, Faro Arm)
• Manual measurement
• Advanced GD&T
• SPC / MSA
• Advanced CM4D and Perceptron
• Validation of Checking Fixtures and geometry stations
• Tooling adjustments
• BIW (body in white) and assembly processes
• ISO 900

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 6 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: From 30 years old
• Knowledge: Analytical capacity, Root cause analysis, Quality, Process control
