Industrialization and Product Preparation Technician (M/F)

Reporting to the Preparation Assistant, you will manage the industrialization and preparation of new and recurring products, in coordination with internal teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Industrialization and Process Development) and in direct interface with our customers until product validation.
Your responsibilities
- Create manufacturing files and technical files (manufacturing sequences, tooling plans, subcontracting technical sheets, packaging sheets, various technical notes)
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for new product concepts
- Participate in the production launch of new products and potentially in the creation of prototypes
- Propose innovative technical solutions to improve products, processes, and profitability
- Ensure that preparation deliverables provide the Supply Chain with all necessary elements for planning and production organization
- Maintain technological watch and provide technical support to other departments
- Participate in corrective actions and the updating of AMDEC
- Manage the technical database in M3 and ensure the link with the PLM AletiQ
- Act as the technical contact for the site's subcontractors
- Communicate with customers, including in English
- Bac+2/3 degree in mechanics or industrialization (BTS/DUT Industrial Design or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (ideally TopSolid), the M3 ERP, and quality tools (AMDEC)
- Operational English
