Dairy Farm Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dairy Farm Assistant to join our team on a busy dairy farm in County Laois. This is a full-time position suited to someone with previous dairy farming experience who is comfortable working as part of a team and carrying out the day-to-day duties involved in the care and management of a dairy herd. The ideal candidate will: Have previous practical experience working on a dairy farm Be hardworking, reliable and punctual Be capable of working independently and as part of a team Have a practical approach and a good understanding of livestock care Be willing to work flexible hours when required, in line with the needs of the farm Having a full driving licence is preferred. Due to the nature of dairy farming, working hours may include early mornings, evenings and weekends in accordance with the agreed work schedule.
