Project Assistant

We are looking for a Project Assistant for data projects in the Kouvolan area for our client company.

Work begins immediately once a suitable candidate is found.

The actual work location is in the Kouvolan area, but we appreciate your ability to also travel to the Kotka and Hamina areas.

Principally, the sites are Datakeskustyömaita, but your job description may also include other construction sites.

Job description:

• Administrative tasks

o Invoicing o Checking hours o Creating purchase orders for subcontractors

• Checking and preparing work permits
• Material orders
• Cooperation with the ordering organization

o Booking inductions o Participating in meetings

• The applicable collective agreement is Kaupanala

• Solid experience in administrative work
• A precise approach to your own work and a desire to keep your desk clear
• Ability to work under pressure and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
• Initiative
• Ability to work independently and the possibility to move from one site to another

o After the induction period, there is an opportunity to work remotely

• You speak fluent Finnish and English
