Salary of £49,464 – £52,864 per annum depending on experience
Additional financial package of up to £6,000 within your first 18 months

Your Key Responsibilities
Hold a complex caseload within a Children with Disabilities service
Complete assessments, plans and interventions to safeguard and improve outcomes for children and young people
Build positive and lasting relationships with children, families and partner agencies
Provide supervision and support to Family Support Workers within the team
Offer mentoring and practice guidance to colleagues whilst promoting high-quality social work practice
Support the Team Manager where required and occasionally deputise in their absence
For This Role You Will Need
A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, CSS or equivalent)
Registration with Social Work England
Completed ASYE
At least three years' post-qualified social work experience
Experience of working with children with disabilities and their families
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
