Plant Manager

• Define policies, plans, and production targets; work with relevant departments to control factory production from raw material receipt until product delivery to departments to ensure standards are met, and plan to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, quantity, and delivery time.
• Control and supervise factory production to ensure compliance with established standards and plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure operations move in the same direction and comply with established plans and policies.
• Continuously develop and improve production processes, production methods, and machinery using new technologies to increase production efficiency.
• Control, monitor, and measure KPIs in every department to align with organizational requirements.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Plan production and the use of machinery and manpower to align with production needs.
• Control, supervise, and monitor the operations of various departments.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Thai nationality, Male, Age 40 - 45 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Mold, or related fields 10+ years of experience in the industrial factory sector Possess leadership skills and problem-solving abilities Able to work well under pressure and meet production targets set by the company Good computer and English language skills Able to work on weekly holidays if there is urgent work Good communication skills, able to negotiate and handle immediate problems effectively Working hours: 8.00-17.00 (Monday to Saturday)
