Plant Manager - Mold

1. Manage Mold Maintenance & Repair: Plan and control both preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance to ensure molds are always ready for use.
2. Control Mold Making/Modification processes: Monitor the progress of new mold making or mold modification according to customer specifications to ensure timely delivery.
3. Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical problems occurring with molds during the plastic injection or production processes.
4. Manpower and Budget Planning: Manage manpower in the mold department, train employees, and control the maintenance budget.
5. Improvement & Kaizen: Lead projects to improve work processes, reduce costs, and increase mold quality.
6. Quality Standard Control (ISO/Quality Control): Oversee operations to comply with quality standard systems.
7. Coordination: Work with the production department and other departments to reduce Machine Breakdown caused by molds.
8. Ability to design/use drafting programs very well.

Work hours: Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00.

Qualifications: Basic English level (because the executives are foreigners). If able to use Chinese, it will be an additional consideration. Ability to use design programs such as CAD/UG NX, CAM, Cematron, Solidworks, AutoCAD 2D, 3D program, CNC machine, or others very well. Ability to work with a Start up company. Possess leadership qualities, be calm, and have good manners in a professional social environment. Experience working with molds (Design, Processing, or Assembly). Age 40 - 48 years old, Bachelor's degree in Tool and Die Engineering or related fields. Ability to work well under pressure. Job Position: Plant Manager and able to do drafting for Mold, CAD, CAM.
