Community Experience Coordinator
Your tasks
We are looking for a Community Experience Coordinator to support the daily operations of our venue at Westgate. This role is responsible for ensuring activities are operated safely and efficiently while delivering a positive and engaging experience for all our customers.
- Operate activities in accordance with company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Conduct daily equipment and safety checks before commencement of operations
- Assist guests with activity preparation, briefings, and general enquiries
- Engage with guests professionally and maintain a positive guest experience throughout the day
- Support the set-up and pack-down of operational areas and activity stations
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the site
- Monitor weather and operational conditions to ensure safe operations
- Report incidents, hazards, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly
- Work closely with team members across departments to support smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
- Prior experience in attractions, operations, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
