Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, track payables, process payments, and oversee receivables tracking and customer account reconciliations. Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations across multiple company accounts to ensure accurate cash flow tracking. Tax Management: Assist in the computation, filing, and remittance of statutory taxes (WHT, VAT, PAYE, etc.) and maintain compliance with local tax regulations.  Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements, expense reports, and cash position summaries for management review. Audit & Compliance: Maintain clean, organized financial records and documentation in preparation for internal and external audits. General Accounting: Collaborate with venue managers and perform other associated accounting duties as assigned by the Head of Accounts.

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of proven hands-on accounting experience (hospitality or multi-venue retail/service background is an added advantage). Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and accounting databases. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Remuneration: NGN  300,000 Monthly
