Production Manager – Industrial Machinery Manufacturing

ΛΙΝΟΣ Α.Ε ., a company specializing in the design and manufacture of industrial equipment, is seeking a Production Manager for its machinery manufacturing unit in Pieria.

The company is active in the manufacture of machinery and integrated solutions for the food, animal feed, fertilizer, and related industrial sectors.

The Production Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of the production process, from the start of construction to the completion and delivery of the machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Organization and supervision of the daily production process.
• Planning and monitoring of machinery construction and assembly tasks.
• Coordination, task allocation, and supervision of production personnel.
• Monitoring project progress and adhering to agreed schedules.
• Collaboration with the studies/design department for the correct implementation of constructions.
• Collaboration with procurement, warehouse, and administration for the timely availability of materials and components.
• Quality control and ensuring the correct execution of construction works.
• Monitoring productivity and optimizing the use of human resources and equipment.
• Identifying delays or problems and addressing them immediately.
• Optimization of production processes with the aim of reducing time and costs.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules in production.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related specialty.
• Professional experience in a production/industrial unit, preferably in the manufacture of industrial machinery or metal structures.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and the ability to understand technical drawings.
• Experience in coordinating and supervising a production team.
• Very good organizational skills and ability to schedule tasks.
• Ability to solve technical and production problems.
• Good knowledge of IT and MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP or production management software will be considered an additional asset.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Driver's license
