Technical Assembly Supervisor
ΛΙΝΟΣ Α.Ε is a technical company specializing in the study, design, and construction of industrial units in the food, animal feed, seed, chemical, plastic, and biofuel sectors.
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Technical Assembly Supervisor to oversee and coordinate assembly, installation, and technical intervention works on projects both on-site and, primarily, off-site.
The position is of vital importance to the company, as the Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating technical teams at the construction site, ensuring the correct execution of works, adherence to safety rules, and the completion of tasks according to the agreed schedule.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordination and supervision of technicians and teams at the construction site.
- Organization and distribution of daily tasks.
- Supervision of assembly and installation works of industrial equipment.
- Reading and understanding mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Checking the correct execution of works according to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Coordination of cutting, shaping, and processing of metal elements.
- Monitoring project progress and adhering to schedules.
- Communication with the company and providing updates on work progress, needs, and any project issues.
- Resolving practical and technical problems that arise during installation.
- Monitoring and adherence to health and safety rules at the construction site.
- Monitoring the use of necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaboration with engineers and other teams for the smooth completion of the project.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical works, industrial installations, metal structures, or assembly of mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Ability to guide and coordinate technical personnel.
- Practical mindset and ability to solve technical problems.
- Responsibility, consistency, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to work and stay overnight off-site, in Greece and, if required, abroad.
- Ability to work at heights, using all prescribed personal protective equipment.
- Driver's license.
Will be considered
- Previous experience in the assembly and installation of silos.
- Experience in industrial metal structures.
- Knowledge of electric welding.
- Experience in the installation of machinery and industrial equipment.
- Experience in construction sites or industrial installations.
- Technical education or a degree in a related specialty.
