Marketing Operation Specialist

Manage official social media channels including X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Create content and grow brand awareness across platforms

Organise community campaigns to increase user engagement and drive product sales

Track campaign and platform data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

Create marketing materials such as decks, brochures, and product sheets

Support events, launches, partnerships, and promotional activities

Work closely with Product and Tech teams to support company growth Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, and operational efficiency

Requirements Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, or growth roles

Strong English communication skills and seeking candidates proficient in  Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients

Familiar with social media platforms, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics tools

Strong AI tool proficiency (AI Agents experience is a plus)

Data-driven mindset with strong execution ability

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in tech, Web3, SaaS, telecom, or startup environments is an advantage
