Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, deployment, administration and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, NSX-T and vSAN environments.
• VCF lifecycle management, upgrades, migrations, SDDC Manager / LCM activities and platform health remediation.
• Day-2 operations, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and capacity planning.
• Integration with Aria Operations / Automation, backup, monitoring, SRM / DR and related infrastructure tooling.
• Support for VKS / Tanzu / Kubernetes-related platform activities where required by project scope.
• Customer-facing technical consulting, architecture reviews, implementation planning, documentation, SOPs, knowledge transfer and reporting.
• Participation in solution design, presales / technical advisory and managed-services opportunities aligned with service portfolio.
• Progressive ownership of customer engagements and mentoring / enablement responsibilities as the technical team grows.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineer or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in WMware/ virtualization infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, NSX-T and vSAN.
• Experience in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployment, administration and lifecycle management.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and infrastructure support skills.
• Able to work independently, manage projects and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
