Lead the commercial management of multiple engineering and industrial projects from tender award through project close-out.

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, administration, and final close-out.

Evaluate, negotiate, and administer contract variations, change orders, claims, disputes, and extension of time (EOT) requests.

Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks while protecting the company's commercial position.

Monitor project budgets, cash flow, cost forecasts, billing, and commercial performance to maximize profitability.

Provide commercial guidance and contractual support to Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company governance, applicable laws, and industry standards.

Coordinate closely with Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Develop commercial strategies that enhance project delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Prepare executive reports, commercial dashboards, risk registers, and management presentations.

Mentor and develop commercial team members while promoting best practices in contract administration and commercial management.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering discipline.

15+ years of experience in commercial management, contract administration, or quantity surveying within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, EPC, or construction projects.

Minimum 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.

Strong experience managing high-value and complex contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Demonstrated experience in claims management, contract negotiations, variation orders, dispute resolution, and commercial risk management.

Strong understanding of project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Proven ability to lead commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

High level of commercial awareness with the ability to balance contractual compliance and business objectives.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), MS Project, and contract management systems.

Fluent command of written and spoken English.
