Head of AirPay

Leading the development and growth of AirPay as a Payment Gateway Aggregator by building strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment gateways, banks, e-wallets, acquirers, mobile operators, merchants, and technology partners.

Lead the growth and development of AirPay as a Payment Gateway Aggregator across Indonesia and international markets.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with PSPs, payment gateways, banks/acquirers, e-wallets, merchants, mobile operators, and technology partners locally and internationally.

Drive revenue, transaction volume, merchant acquisition, and overall business profitability.

Develop pricing strategies, commercial models, and business development initiatives for domestic and international markets.

Lead payment product development and continuously improve business processes and payment solutions.

Lead commercial negotiations and manage relationships with merchants and strategic partners, including international partners.

Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Lead, manage, and develop the AirPay team to achieve business targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in Payment Gateway, Payment Aggregator, Fintech, Banking, E-wallet, Telecom, or related industries.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership/managerial role .

Strong experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Merchant Acquisition, and Commercial Negotiation .

Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, payment processing, pricing/MDR, settlement, and payment integration.

Proven experience managing international business and/or cross-border partnerships .

Fluent in English , with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for working with international partners.

Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
